Administrative Business Coordinator (Part-Time, approx. 30h/week)
Overview
We are seeking a proactive, business-oriented, and highly organized colleague to support the daily operations at Clever Clover. In this part-time role (approx. 30 hours/week), you will work closely with the management team and assist the Key-Account management for REWE with follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate, support, and document Clever Clover business projects with all stakeholders.
* Assist the REWE Key-Account management (follow-ups, schedules, documents, contacts).
* Organize daily office routines and internal communications (Clever Clover, startups, partners).
* Plan and organize business conferences, meetings, and trade shows (including travel arrangements, meeting preparations, coordination with organizers, logistics).
* Manage the calendar of CEO Heinrich Prokop, including scheduling and prioritization.
* Handle external communication channels (social media, REWE, event partners).
* Create and update templates, newsletters, simple reports, and presentations.
* Maintain and organize our digital archives (Google Drive, CRM, meeting notes, etc.).
Qualifications
* Experience in a coordinating, assisting, or administrative role – ideally in retail and/or sales environments (FMCG, startups, agencies).
* Hands-on team player with strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and collaborative working style.
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and resilient under stress – even in dynamic situations.
* Excellent German and English skills.
* Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and common online tools.

Work Environment & Compensation
* Part-time (approx. 30 hours/week)
* Remote work with at least 3 days/week in the office (Wiener Neudorf)
* Annual gross salary starting from €27,500, with willingness to overpay based on experience and qualifications.
Additional Qualifications
Experience in startup business is advantageous; at least 5 years of professional experience; experience in food retail and FMCG background is a plus.
