Responsibilities
* Design and implementation of measures to optimise manufacturing
* Definition and budgeting of planned production investments
* Establishment and monitoring of the effectiveness of process and manufacturing optimisations
* Introduction of synchronized manufacturing processes and striving for balanced production, including a pull system
* Identification of waste and elimination of the root causes of machine problems to increase productivity
* Management of the external development partner and ensuring timely implementation
* Close collaboration with all departments along the production chain
* Conducting and coordinating training on new workflows within the Energy Team
* Shaping the mobility of the future
Qualifications
* Completed technical education (University of Applied Sciences/Technical University) with a focus on electrical engineering
* Several years of experience in the planning, implementation, and optimisation of production processes
* Strong knowledge of relevant process management methods (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen)
* Fluency in spoken and written German and English
* Ability to work in a team, as well as a communicative, proactive, and organised personality
* Independent, self‑reliant, and solution‑oriented approach to work
* Flexibility for travel (approx. 20%)
Our location is well connected to public transport and only a 5‑minute walk from Mödling railway station.
The minimum salary is €4,000 gross per month with appropriate qualifications.
