To keep that standard, we’re looking to strengthen our workshop team with people who enjoy precise work, take pride in what they build, and want to contribute to equipment that needs to perform reliably for years.
Responsibilities
Welding of equipment and pressure vessels, primarily using WIG and MAG processes
Tack welding
Fabricating welded assemblies according to welding assembly drawings and instructions
Post-processing and inspecting weld seams
Documenting and ensuring quality standards
Performing routine maintenance as an operator
Organizing and maintaining the workplace/tools in compliance with applicable regulations
Qualifications
Completed apprenticeship (including final certification) as a certified welder
Experience in plant construction, vessel fabrication, and/or pipeline construction preferred
Valid welding certificates and other relevant qualifications or certifications are a plus
Confident handling of WIG and MAG welding processes for stainless steel and carbon steel
Proficient in spoken and written German; additional language skills are an advantage
Forklift and crane licenses are a plus
Structured and independent work style
Attention to detail and strong quality awareness
Sense of responsibility and reliability
Willingness to continue training and develop professionally
Willingness to travel for assignments (internationally, by arrangement)
