As a German Speaking Airline Support Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring customers have a smooth and positive experience by answering their questions, resolving issues, and providing helpful solutions. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with queries related to airline services via multiple communication channels.
* Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customers’ inquiries.
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customer requests.
* Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and share knowledge.
Requirements:
* Native level of German (C2) and fluent in English (B2).
* Excellent communication, writing, and listening skills.
* A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
* Computer literacy (ECDL certification is a plus).
* Prior experience in customer service is required.
* Availability to work on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday.
