Job Description:
The Plansee Group has been passionate about manufacturing products and tools from tungsten and molybdenum for over 100 years, employing 11,000 people worldwide. We are looking for a Junior SAP Application Support specialist to join our team in Reutte, Austria.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Assist users with analyzing business processes and answering questions related to various SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, PP) on both national and international levels.
2. Handle and resolve SAP support requests from various departments in collaboration with an international team of 15 application support specialists, using a ticketing system.
3. Gain initial experience in customizing and debugging SAP systems.
4. Contribute to the development and optimization of business processes and ensure smooth workflows through technical documentation.
5. Coordinate with process owners and support the design of training sessions for key users.
Your Profile:
1. Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or an IT-focused vocational training with relevant professional experience.
2. Interest in the functioning of IT systems and process chains.
3. Ideally, some experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), ticketing systems (e.g., Jira), and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence).
4. Good command of German and English, both written and spoken, for effective communication in an international environment.
5. Self-reliant, structured working style, and a user-oriented, friendly demeanor.

Note: According to Austrian law, the minimum salary is €44,450 gross per year (14 payments), with the actual offer reflecting market rates, qualifications, and experience.
