Your responsibilities:
* Translate customer needs into smart, functional application features
* Define technical specs and write high-quality, maintainable code
* Develop business-critical applications, custom extensions, and interface systems
* Build integrations with external systems, EDI, and contract manufacturer software
* Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve existing applications
* Optionally: Get ready to integrate AI and machine learning models into applications as we expand our tech horizon
What we expect:
* Education: University BSc in IT, Telematics, Software Development, or Computer Science
* Experience: 1–3 years in a comparable position; hands-on with business application development
* Languages: Fluent in German and English
* Tech Stack: VB.NET, Python, Java, C++
* Experience with software systems, architecture, and implementation
* Familiarity with SQL and data processing
* First-hand experience or interest in AI/ML tools and frameworks is a big plus
* Strong analytical mindset, clean coding habits
* Conceptual skills & good time management
* Acting independently, process-oriented & capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
