The Job
You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the rest of the store team, driving growth and sales. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers have a unique shopping experience every time they visit your store.
We won’t burden you with long manuals or rigid central control. Instead, we expect you to take responsibility - together with the Store Manager - for sales, store standards, and leadership.
We are busy, so you must be ready to take ownership and go the extra mile. You should be able to work strategically with our exciting range of products, ensuring that the store is always well-stocked and neatly presented.

Practical information
We’ll be reviewing candidates at the end of December and will invite selected candidates to attend an in-person interview on January 5th.
The minimum gross monthly salary according to the collective agreement for employees in the retail sector amounts to EUR 2,471 on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to pay above this amount.
