About this Position
Be part of the operational heartbeat of the organization.
In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, enabling effective leadership, and keeping complex processes running seamlessly
What you´ll do
* Manage calendars, correspondence, and administrative tasks with a high degree of autonomy and discretion
* Plan and coordinate business trips, including travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
* Organize and support meetings and leadership sessions, including agendas, documentation, and minutes
* Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, prioritizing and resolving enquiries
* Support financial and purchasing processes, including budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoice handling
* Prepare reports, presentations, and organize business-critical events and initiatives
What makes you a good fit
* Completed commercial education or degree (e.g. business administration, commercial school, or equivalent)
* First professional experience in an office environment, ideally in an international setting
* Excellent English skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally across all levels
* Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for preparing reports, presentations, and analyses
* Hands-on, proactive mindset combined with an open and positive personality
* Highly service-oriented and communicative, with a natural ability to support stakeholders and build strong working relationships
