Your Role with us: The bridge to success
As an Inbound Logistics Coordinator, you are the backbone of our flow of goods. You are not only responsible for coordination but ensure that our products travel smoothly from the supplier order to arrival at our worldwide distribution centers. In a dynamic environment like ours, you play a key role in the strategic development of our global supply chain, optimizing processes and ensuring our operational excellence through your precise way of working.
Your Responsibilities
* Purchase Order Management: Placing purchase orders with our global suppliers in close coordination with our merchandising department, utilizing our ERP System SAGE100.
* Transport Management: Booking and coordinating import shipments (sea, air, and road) between our global suppliers and logistics centers.
* Documentation Control: Reviewing and distributing shipping instructions and key documents such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
* Interface Function: Daily communication with freight forwarders, customs agents, warehouses, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and processing at the Warehouses.
* Tracking & Reporting: Proactively tracking shipments, maintaining data in our systems, and keeping internal teams updated on ETAs and potential delays.
* Compliance & Finance: Ensuring compliance with import/export regulations (tariff codes) and checking freight invoices for accuracy.
Your Profile
* Experience: At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in import / export or international logistics.
* Expertise: Solid knowledge of Incoterms as well as international trade and customs procedures (EU and USA).
* Hands-on Mentality: Experience in handling road, sea, and air freight as well as dealing with export documents (Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin).
* Language & IT Skills: Proficient in transport planning software and MS Office, fluent communication in English and German in an international environment.
* Personality: Detail-oriented, able to prioritize, and calm under pressure.

Legal & Salary
For legal reasons, we point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position is EUR 42,000 gross per year (on a full-time basis). However, your actual salary will be based on your qualifications and professional experience and will be agreed upon individually.
