Director Supply Chain for Change and Product Introduction (f/m/div)* At a glance Quick info Location Munich, Villach Entry level 5+ years Job ID HRC0655743 Start as soon as possible Type Full time Contract Permanent Job description In your new role you will: * Lead the Change and Product Introduction (CPI) team for the business line Green Energy Control (GCO) at the DIV Green Industrial Power (GIP) to ensure the best possible operational r up performance. * Be responsible for R up and Change Management, Global Sle Management and for Master Data Set up within GCO (incl. Sle Master Data) * Preparation and moderation of the GCO Change Board, accountable of the GCO Business Change Management Process and Steering Committee Member for the Change Expert group. * Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the IFX Change Process * Accountable for achieving the KPI targets (for exle Execution Quality and timely PCN Publishing) set by / agreed upon with the GCO Supply Chain management. * Interfaces: Internal: Business Line Development, Product marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Production, FE Fabs, BE Fabs, Quality Management, Corporate Supply Chain, Sales, Master Data Management, IFX Sle Centres, External: BE subcons and FE foundries * Active contribution to continuous improvement of processes and tools in digitalization and automatization Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: * Educated to a degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration * 8+ Years of relevant experience in R up, Change or Masterdata Management * 5+ experience in the semiconductor Industry * Profound experience in leadership and team management * Fluent in English and German About Us Driving decarbonization and digitalization.
