Using our state-of-the-art CNC turning and mill-turn centers, we produce highly precise and complex components with tolerances in the thousandths of a millimeter—custom-made for our innovative high-tech measuring instruments.
Job Description
* Set up and operate our modern CNC mill-turn centers
* Manufacture precision single parts from various materials
* Work independently based on production drawings and specifications
* Continuously monitor and optimize manufacturing processes
* Perform documentation and quality control
* Maintain and care for our machines – because precision starts at the foundation
Qualifications
* Completed training as a machining technician
* Several years of professional experience as a CNC lathe operator
* Strong mechanical aptitude, excellent spatial awareness, and attention to detail
* Confident in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools
* Experience with processing a wide variety of materials
* Willingness to work flexible hours (shift model or afternoon model with attractive flexibility bonuses)
* A work ethic characterized by quality, precision, and a sense of responsibility
* Good German skills and a strong team spirit

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3,300 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
