This role is designed to provide hands-on on-site support to our project teams, with a focus on procurement-related initiatives, project coordination, and stakeholder collaboration. This internship offers practical experience in project management while strengthening your communication skills.
We're looking for motivated support as of May/June 2026 for a period of 6 months.

1. During this internship, you'll take an active role in managing real projects. From coordinating tasks and preparing documentation to collaborating closely with our team to deliver meaningful, high‑impact results.
2. You'll have the chance to work hands‑on with modern project management tools, supporting task tracking, preparing dashboards, and helping the team keep projects organized and running smoothly.
3. As an intern, you'll strengthen your communication and presentation skills by preparing clear updates, sharing insights with stakeholders, and contributing to compelling presentations that support our projects.
4. You'll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, support seamless communication across teams, and help align expectations to keep projects moving in the right direction.
5. Advanced undergraduate, postgraduate, or recent Bachelor's/Master's graduate
6. Fluency in English (spoken & written); German skills are an advantage
7. A strong interest or foundational expertise in Procurement and related processes
8. Previous internships or part-time experience in relevant fields (a plus, not a must)
9. Experience using Miro and/or Figma, along with working knowledge of collaboration tools such as Microsoft SharePoint
10. Basic understanding of project management standards
11. Clear and effective communication skills to bring ideas across to a variety of stakeholders
12. Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain structured documentation and project plans
