Responsibilities
* Partnership: Drive SI Partner Performance by acting as a primary finance business partner to the EMEA MCAPS SI Partner Leadership. Monitor and follow through on key performance metrics such as transformational deals, inbound/outbound pipeline, and partner contribution across EMEA.
* Enable Partner Influence Visibility: Drive insights into partner impact and support strategic conversations with leadership.
* Lead GPS SI Target Setting: Coordinate with stakeholders to define and track SI-specific targets aligned with broader GPS goals. Collaborate with the extended EMEA Partner team.
* Support Business Growth: Lead initiatives to drive EMEA SI Partner performance through insights, modeling opportunities, and understanding new and upsell motions.
Processes
* Finance ROB: Responsible for finance content within the Regional ROB (Close, Forecast, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.).
* Reporting: Partner with Sales Excellence to improve existing reports, including pipeline health, partner tagging, and transformational deal tracking.
People
* Stakeholder Management: Provide analytical support to EMEA SI Leads and collaborate with SI Sales Excellence leads.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Engage with Finance, Corporate, and business stakeholders to align on partner strategy and resolve issues.
* Finance Community Engagement: Work closely with EMEA HQ Finance managers and the WW Partner Finance Community to focus on key insights and projects to accelerate growth.
* Best Practices Sharing: Identify and share finance best practices within EMEA and worldwide.
* Strategic Support: Connect the dots, support the field finance team in implementing corporate strategy, and escalate issues when needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field, AND experience in post-graduate Financial Analysis, Accounting, Controllership, or Finance work; OR Bachelor's degree in similar fields with relevant experience; OR equivalent experience.
The salary starts from 89,500 Euros per annum, depending on experience.
