Are you an experienced HR professional with a track record of high performance, prepared to set up and run a holistic HR structure within the region Europe East including all relevant HR activities? We are searching for a dynamic individual to passionately and energetically support our region.
YOU WILL
* strategically develop regional HR, identify and prioritize future fields of action and implement the strategy together with colleagues from People Development and Organisational Development
* set up an HR network within the region Europe East, bridge and balance interests and procedures between Global HR and the HR Business Partners in the other regions
* consult the Regional Director and other managing positions in HR related topics within the region
* recruit key positions within the region and concept support our small subsidiaries with their recruitment efforts
* monitor and optimize ongoing HR activities within the region
WE
* are looking for an expert who combines a hands-on mentality with strategic skills and a high degree of creative drive
* value your experience: you are an HR expert with extensive experience in the employee lifecycle, e.g. as HR Business Partner or a similar position
* are seeking a personality with strong intercultural and social competencies to further build and strengthen our network
* require fluent English language proficiency, any other local languages of the region are of advantage
* expect willingness to travel (your work place will be in Höchst or one of our subsidiaries in Europe East)
