What we need from you:
* Experience - Previous experience in Optics at a Store Manager level or senior management experience in retail.
* Passion - A genuine passion for creating amazing customer experiences and solving eyecare and eyewear needs.
* Energy - Love for working in a fast-paced, growing business with adaptability, positivity, and a can-do attitude.
* Leadership - Ability to inspire, motivate, train, and develop your team.
* Effectiveness - Skilled in managing operational requirements without compromising customer experience.
* Team - Passion for building strong partnerships with your store Optometrist and approaching your store as a leadership team.
* Drive - Love for achieving and driving results through your team.
