🚀 Project
* Provide Level 2 support for Microsoft 365, Intune, and end-user environments
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 support
* Collaborate closely with L1 support and the global L3 team to ensure timely resolution of incidents
* Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security
* Communicate effectively with end-users in fluent German (C1–C2) and provide excellent customer support
🎯 Skills
* Fluent German C1 / C2
* 3+ years of experience in IT Support / SysAdmin
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune
* Advanced Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
* Windows 10 / 11 troubleshooting
* Active Directory & Azure AD
* Network protocols: VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP / IP
* Ability to work 4 days on-site
* Independent resolution of L2 incidents
* Excellent communication skills (especially in German)

* Certifications: Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Security+ / Network+ / A+
