THE ROLE:
* Full end‑to‑end portfolio management, no leasing required.
* Manage a well‑maintained, local portfolio of around 130 properties.
* Supported by a Junior Property Manager to help with daily tasks.
* Focused, manageable workload with strong team backing.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
* Valid QLD driver’s licence.
* Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Senior Property Manager.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner.
* Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
