Product Strategy and Roadmap DevelopmentDefine and develop the product strategy as well as workflows and solutions for molecular biology and genomics-related products and applicationsAlign product strategy with market needs and company goalsCross-functional CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams including suppliers, distributor managers, sales teams as well as field application scientists and customersCooperate with international Biomedica sales teamsVisiting and supporting national and international congresses, roadshows and seminarsMarket Research and Competitive AnalysisConduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape together with sales teams and our business development.Analyze competitor products and strategiesForecasting & reportingCustomer Engagement and SupportEngage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needsProvide technical support and training to sales teams and customersPerform online as well as on-site demonstrations of instruments and related workflows
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Genomics, Biotechnology, or a related fieldExperience as a product manager or salesperson in the biotech or life sciences industry is welcome but not requiredStrong understanding of molecular biology, NGS and PCR techniques, and related applicationsAbility and willingness to learn quickly and pass on knowledge to othersStrong communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsInnovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvementMicrosoft Office skillsVery good English skills (written/spoken)Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
