As a Senior 3D Motion Graphics Designer, you'll design and produce innovative 3D content that enhances Red Bull’s brand storytelling across digital, social, and event platforms. Working within this dedicated in-house creative team, you'll collaborate with marketing and production departments to ensure visual consistency, drive creative excellence, and bring bold, dynamic ideas to life across a range of high-impact projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
1. You design and produce high-quality 3D motion graphics for promotional content, live and non-live formats, ensuring visually compelling and brand-aligned outcomes.
2. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and execute creative ideas that drive impactful storytelling across platforms.
3. You mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and inspiration to help grow their creative and professional skills.
4. You ensure all visuals adhere to Red Bull’s brand guidelines while actively integrating new design techniques and technologies to push creative boundaries.
5. You implement tools, templates, and workflows to optimize production processes, enhance efficiency, and support scalable creative output.
6. 5+ years of experience in 3D motion graphics design with expertise in Cinema 4D (Redshift or Octane), Adobe After Effects; knowledge of Maya or Houdini; Unity is a plus
7. Fluent English communication skills; German is a plus
8. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field
9. Strong animation skills, visual storytelling ability, and a keen eye for brand consistency and quality
10. Proven experience mentoring junior designers, collaborating in cross-functional teams, and managing multiple projects while implementing new technologies and automation tools to improve workflows
11. Travel 0-10%
