Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant, based in Graz with the flexibility to work partially from home. Responsibilities include providing administrative and executive support, managing schedules and appointments, handling clerical tasks, and maintaining seamless communication on behalf of the manager. The role requires an ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks efficiently, and support day-to-day activities effectively and manage Social Media Channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn TikTok)
Qualifications
* Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
* Proficiency in Communication and Diary Management
* Experience with Clerical Skills, including document preparation and organization
* Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in standard and photography software tools, such as Google Workspace, PS, LR etc.
* Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment (both on-site in Graz and remotely)
* Prior experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant is preferred
* Social Media experience and Content Creation experience is a must.
* AI and digitalisation skills necessary.
