You will optimize existing processes at the interface between HR and IT. The focus is on process design and improvement – not on operational execution.
Job Description
* Responsibility for the design and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems (focus: SAP HCM payroll, travel expense accounting, and time management)
* Training and supporting key users in all process-related topics
* Ensuring and maintaining process documentation, as well as creating training materials
* Acting as the central interface between HR and IT
Qualifications
* Completed education in payroll accounting and/or several years of relevant experience with SAP HCM
* In-depth knowledge of payroll, labor law, and social security/tax regulations
* Experience with SAP HCM
* Knowledge of Jira & Confluence is an advantage
* Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
* Strong communication skills in both German and English

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 3.900 to € 5.000.
