Talent Acquisition: Building relationships with local schools, universities and businesses, you will be the face of our local hiring team. You'll manage the full recruitment process for key tech roles, and your work will directly shape the future of video technology. Hosting meet-ups, joint hiring initiatives etc.
Office Management: You will learn how the office of a global tech scale up runs, operations, administration, health and safety.. the list goes on.

What we're looking for:
* 1 year+ / Internship experience in a HR team within the DACH region, especially in fast-paced technology environments.
* Fluent/native German communication skills, with experience hiring for tech start-ups and scale-ups
* Strong relationship-building skills with both hiring managers and candidates.
* A genuine commitment to diversity, inclusion, and providing a great candidate/employee experience.
* Based within a commutable distance of our office in Klagenfurt.
