Are you ready to influence the next generation of cutting-edge hardware products? As a Hardware Architect at Kapsch, you will drive the innovation and development of hardware solutions powering Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS).
Responsibilities Innovate and Create : Design and develop hardware components for ETC (electronic toll collection) and ITS (intelligent transportation systems), transforming complex product demands into innovative solutions.
Strategic Influence : Define and implement product requirements into hardware architecture and design specifications.
Design Expertise : Develop advanced analog, digital, power supply, and high-frequency circuit designs, ensuring state-of-the-art quality and performance.
End-to-End Ownership : Support approvals, industrialization, and maintenance to deliver exceptional hardware products.
Collaborative Development : Create simulations, algorithms, and software to validate and optimize hardware functionality.
Document and Elevate : Maintain comprehensive development documentation to ensure clarity and consistency throughout the product lifecycle.
Your Profile Technical vocational training (HTL, FH, TU) or equivalent professional experience in electrical engineering and telecommunications .
Proven expertise in system and circuit design, with a focus on EMC-compliant design and testing.
Analytical thinking, a structured approach to problem-solving, and a passion for mastering new technologies and concepts independently.
Proficiency in English and German.
