In your new role you will
* Manage orders from quotations to filing
* Provide reception coverage as needed
* Organize workshops and events
* Administer access permissions and annual lists
* Arrange IT setups for new employees
* Support intranet core team activities
* Handle general back-office tasks

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months

You successfully meet the requirements if you are a motivated and committed student from any technical or business related field.
Additional qualifications
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other standard IT tools
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with colleagues and stakeholders
* Sense of responsibility, flexibility, attention to detail and accuracy in managing tasks
* Willingness to learn, proactive approach and motivation to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting
* Friendly and professional demeanor, especially when interacting with reception visitors or during workshop activities
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (see salary information in the linked document).
