Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Budget responsibility for production assets
* Manage NPI projects
* Manage “crisis” incidents with product quality/customer
* Reporting of KPI’s to Top Management
* Align with all relevant departments and schedule action items
* Execute/supervise supplier meetings and visits (EMS)
Qualifications
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Production Science and Management
Experience:
* At least 2 years in similar role
* Understanding how an EMS is operating
* Knowledge of IPC standards for electronic manufacturing (IPC-A-610)
* Advanced ISO9001 knowledge
Skills:
* Good written and spoken skills in german / english
* Good Electronics and Mechanics skills
* Good understanding of Assembly and Manufacturing processes
* Self-responsible working style
* Willingness to travel
* Good understanding of production processes
* Solution-oriented working style

A minimum basic salary of EUR 3,175.00 gross per month for full-time employment applies to the advertised position with a willingness to pay depending on the actual qualifications.
