Your tasks:
4. Would you like to contribute your enthusiasm for human resources in a meaningful environment? Then you will take on the following varied tasks with us:
5. Ongoing personnel administration of general personnel
6. Creation of employment contracts and preparation of payroll accounting
7. Maintaining personnel master data in SAP HCM and managing digital personnel files
8. Carrying out personnel cost calculations
9. Advising employees on labour, social and tax law issues
Your profile:
10. You have completed A-Level-Diploma (ideally with a commercial focus) or an equivalent qualification
11. You already have some knowledge of payroll accounting or are very interested in familiarising yourself with this area
12. You have a very good command of German and English
13. Accuracy, numeracy and an affinity for IT are among your strengths
14. You appreciate working in a large organisation and a renowned educational institution

For this position in job group IIIa, a minimum gross salary of € 2.024 per month (14 times)* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
