Job Description: Support Team Member for Automated Warehouses
Join our support team of nine members to ensure the smooth operation of highly automated warehouses worldwide. You will quickly familiarize yourself with new software, starting with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
1. Onboarding and Support: Receive structured onboarding and mentorship to support your professional growth and integration into the team.
2. Operational Responsibilities: After training, ensure the operation of our clients’ warehouses and address disruptions as they arise.
3. Customer Support and Testing: Support project teams during onboarding of new customers, conducting tests and familiarizing yourself with warehouse processes on-site.
4. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for IT and logistics processes.
5. Order Fulfillment: Ensure shelves are stocked and online orders are delivered timely.
Qualifications and Skills
* Basic IT education (HTL, HAK, IT-LAP, university degree) with a good understanding of IT.
* Independent work ethic with the ability to seek help when needed.
* Confident presentation skills and ability to communicate solutions convincingly to customers.
* Proactive fault analysis and customer-oriented action.
* Interest in learning and new technologies, especially SAP.
* Proficiency in English or German (B2 level).
* Willingness to travel up to 50% in the first year, reducing to 25% afterward.
