What To Expect
* Overall responsibility for all test‑related processes (Defect Process, Test Management Process, Minimal Rule Set)
* Definition, rollout, and monitoring of testing KPIs and reporting standards
* Ensuring compliance with test processes, guidelines, and quality standards, including internal assessments
* Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for internal and external audits as well as FMA in the testing area
* Responsibility for GDPR‑compliant test data and the Test Data Standard
* Close cooperation with the Test Center in Nitra, Testing Bridgeheads, and Value Train Managers
* Supporting and monitoring end‑to‑end testing and promoting a unified testing approach within UITS
* Organizing Communities of Practice and fostering knowledge sharing
* Participation in management and alignment meetings (Portfolio, TL/CEO, Agile)
* Responsibility for GRC processes in test management and conducting Business Impact Analyses
What We Expect
* Several years of experience in test management and a solid understanding of agile development processes
* Strong knowledge of Jira, Tosca, and common testing methodologies
* Experience in defining and implementing testing and quality standards
* Excellent communication and coordination skills across international teams
* Analytical thinking, structured work style, and strong quality awareness
* Willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute to decision‑making
* Very good English skills
