Overview

We are looking for a full-time Office Manager to work on-site in Vienna, Austria. You’ll support our managing directors with day-to-day work, taking care of administrative tasks at the company. Read on below for details!


Responsibilities

* Take care of reception, answer the telephone, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and make travel arrangements for our teams.
* Assist with onboarding of new colleagues, hosting international visitors, ordering merchandise, organizing team events, or carrying out giveaways for our players.
* Coordinate and attend managerial meetings, take notes, write minutes, and handle confidential or sensitive matters with diligence.
* Keep track of vacations and absences and guide people applying for jobs through our hiring process.
* Support the administration and management team and help the role evolve with proactive, mindful service to internal partners and clients.


Qualifications

* Very good knowledge of both German and English; ability to communicate clearly and politely with domestic and international contacts.
* Strong interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, and the ability to follow up independently and in a timely manner.
* Experience with administrative tasks; at least two years taking care of administrative concerns.
* Ability to work with computers and be an experienced user of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Bonus points for Jira, Confluence or similar software.
* Demonstrated ability to read between the lines, listen well, and bring empathy to tasks.
* Willingness to underline prior knowledge in related fields such as accounting, controlling, marketing, public relations or project management; knowledge of the software development or creative industry is a bonus.
* As the steward of Mi'pu'mi's physical office, you start matters at 08:30.
* Mindset and interpersonal skills are of superior importance due to frequent interaction with people.


Compensation & Benefits

If you have three years of relevant professional experience, you can look forward to an annual gross salary of EUR 43'500. If you have fewer, more, or different qualifications, an adjustment can be negotiated.

This covers 38.5 hours per week over about 44 weeks per year, with bank holidays and your mandatory vacation taken into account.
