NeMCMHA is seeking a dedicated Group Home Supervisor to lead a team of direct support professionals and ensure high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive, home-like setting. What You'll Do
As a Group Home Supervisor, you will:
* Supervise and support Residential Training Workers, providing coaching, scheduling, and performance evaluations
* Ensure the delivery of habilitative, health, and personal care services in alignment with person-centered planning
* Maintain a safe, nurturing, and well-kept home environment
* Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
* Collaborate with clinical staff, case managers, and community partners
* Manage home budgets, expenditures, and vehicle maintenance
* Promote a culture of gentle teaching, teamwork, and respect
What You Bring
* High school diploma or equivalent (required)
* Experience with developmental disabilities, mental illness, or substance use disorders (preferred)
* Lived experience in behavioral health or disability services (valued)
* Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
* Ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team
* Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
* Willingness to work flexible hours and travel within our four-county region
