We are currently looking for a Sourcing Specialist (m/f/d).
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Secure that freight/warehouse prices are maintained, posted and self-billed
* Works in close interaction with the Sourcing Managers to obtain and support effective contract management and invoicing process, including checking invoicing non-conformities
* When needed, spot sourcing on the truck transport market for individual and rush orders
* Update warehousing volumes in the system
* Agree minor spot deals with suppliers in accordance with Sourcing Manager
* General admin support
About you
* Relevant professional experience, ideally in areas such as IT, supply chain, or business process management
* SAP knowledge
* Strong willingness to learn
* Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Should you join us in one of our Austrian locations and according to Austrian law, we offer compensation based on the collective labor agreement starting at EUR 49.280 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) plus a yearly bonus, and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background.
