Job Overview
We are seeking a Talent and Culture Manager to lead our HR initiatives, representing the Director of Talent & Culture. The role involves developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
* Represent the Director of Talent & Culture
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with hotel objectives
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
* Drive employee retention through recognition, communication, and wellbeing programs
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies
* Oversee payroll preparations
* Foster a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and teamwork
* Lead and develop the T&C team
Candidate Profile
* Experience in HR, ideally in luxury hospitality
* Knowledge of payroll tasks is advantageous
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
* Proactive, solutions-oriented, passionate about people and culture

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement is €2,492/month, with potential overpayment based on experience and qualifications.
