Electrical Sales ProfessionalWe're seeking a driven and results-oriented Electrical Sales Professional to join our team. As an integral part of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing customers, and delivering exceptional sales performance.Main Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in electric drive technology, including the sale of drive components, system solutions, and digital services. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential new customers to ensure sustainable order growth and revenue increase.Customer Analysis and Solutions: Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and preferences to tailor sales approaches and ensure competitive positioning. Develop innovative solutions to meet customer demands and stay ahead of competitors.Sales Planning and Contract Management: Create and implement annual sales plans, as well as solutions and tenders, to achieve sales targets. Negotiate contracts with suppliers, manage contract negotiations, and track contract processing.Collaboration and Event Support: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including service, order processing, product management, and marketing departments. Document all activities, planning, and follow-ups in central CRM tools and internal systems.
