At cargo-partner, we are looking for a first-class hunter ready to expand their skills and network in the high-tech world, joining our global Key Account Management IV team.
In this role, you'll identify and pursue new high-tech business opportunities, as well as manage, maintain, and maximize the potential of strategic key accounts. You will lead business negotiations with customers, serving as a strategic business partner by supporting our product portfolio.
Your key responsibilities
1. Coordinate and lead business development activities, develop growth strategies: identify new high-tech accounts, lead negotiations, support and enhance the sales force's performance within your region.
2. Establish contacts with Key Accounts and build the network: become a strategic business partner for customers using your technological expertise and account management skills to support our product portfolio.
3. Support cross-sales activities in the regions: collaborate closely with the country Sales and Products teams to deliver superior services.
4. Maintain and coordinate relationships with other departments to implement new regional accounts and services.
5. Regularly review processes and the business development platform, implementing improvements as needed; stay updated on market trends and landscape changes.
Skills and experience we value
1. 5+ years of freight forwarding/logistics experience.
2. Proven track record in business development with multinationals.
3. Customer-focused and results-oriented with strong planning, organizing, and coordination skills.
4. High influencing and negotiation skills.
5. Proficiency in English with convincing presentation skills.
6. A team player capable of working across geographical and cultural boundaries.
7. Willingness and ability to travel.
Compensation
Starting from €56,000 gross annually plus bonus. The final salary may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience, and will be discussed during the interview process.
