Your responsibilities will include:
* Strategic and operational responsibility for expanding our sales in the Asian market
* Establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts
* Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, including market and competition analyses
* Negotiating terms, prices, and contracts in close coordination with internal departments
* Representing the company at international trade fairs and industry events
* Working closely with the international sales team and reporting regularly to management
This describes you:
* At least 5 years of experience in international sales, ideally in the toy or consumer goods industry
* Very good knowledge of the Asian market and its business culture
* Fluent written and spoken English; additional language skills (e.g., Chinese, Japanese) are an advantage
* Proven success in working with distributors and wholesalers in the Asian region
* Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10%) and strong intercultural skills
* Strong communication and negotiation skills and a confident manner
* Independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach to work
* Regular reporting to management
