Responsibilities: Analyzing, optimizing, and managing global finance & controlling processes
Ensuring lean, efficient, and market-appropriate business processes
Developing a standardized and structured process landscape for global finance & controlling processes
Implementing new financial concepts
Planning and conducting process audits
Close collaboration with specialist departments and acting as an interface to other business processes as well as IT services for the FICO area
Defining training concepts for finance & controlling processes
Requirements: Completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in finance & controlling (preferably in an international environment)
Knowledge of process management is desirable
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Solution-oriented, independent, and structured way of working
Strong analytical thinking and assertiveness
Willingness to travel

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 5.500 to € 6.500.
