Your territory
* Become one of the key developers for our high‑traffic web shop, blog, and other web pages used by millions of pet parents around the world
* Redesign pages and components to create a modern, consistent, and user‑friendly web experience
* Develop and maintain new features for our web shop - from landing pages to cart and checkout - that delight our customers and support business goals
* Make our web pages fast, accessible, and SEO‑friendly to provide a smooth experience on all devices
* Create layouts in HTML5 and CSS3 from their conceptualization until they go live
* Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions
* Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
* Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
* 5+ years of professional experience working with modern web technologies (HTML, TypeScript, CSS, Responsive Web Design)
* Experience with at least one modern front‑end framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
* Hands‑on experience working with components and design systems
* Experience in optimizing page performance
* Confident communicator with the ability to articulate and defend ideas effectively and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders
* Experience with Figma Dev Mode or general Figma knowledge is a plus
* Experience in PHP and Wordpress is a plus
* Very good English skills
