Your Tasks
In this position, you will gain a solid introduction to the risk and middle-office environment of capital investments. You will work at the interface between business units, IT and data management, supporting the team in the continuous development of data processes, systems and reporting. A structured onboarding and professional guidance are, of course, provided.
* Contributing to the consolidation, validation, and preparation of capital market data from various internal systems
* Supporting communication with insurance companies within the group
* Participating in operational processes related to master data, securities transactions, and valuations
* Assisting in the preparation and quality assurance of analyses and reports, including sustainability-related topics (ESG, SFDR, EU Taxonomy)
* Gradual assumption of own areas of responsibility in line with your professional development
Qualifications
* Completed degree with a focus on business, finance, or technology (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics)
* Strong interest in capital markets and data-driven work
* Initial practical or theoretical experience in working with data, reports, or IT systems (e.g. through studies, internships, or projects)
* Very good user-level skills in Excel; initial experience with reporting or BI tools is an advantage
* Strong analytical skills, a structured and accurate working style, and enjoyment of collaborating with diverse departments and international subsidiaries
* Good command of both German and English

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 248,7 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
