The unit Operational Risk Management is essential within Group Enterprise-wide & OpRisk Management ensuring performance in terms of a qualitative and quantitative risk management, in particular: Group OpRisk RWA Management Pillar 1 and 2, OpRisk Loss data Management (including Regulatory Reporting and lessons learned) and implementation of an overall Group Operational Resilience Governance.
Your Tasks
10. Collect and process loss event data for operational risk analysis
11. Prepare and support regular Operational Risk reporting
12. Carry out stress testing and contribute to the development of the new Pillar 2 model
13. Develop automated solutions for processes related to reporting and loss data, conducted data reconciliation and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency
Your Background
14. Currently enrolled at a University, studying mathematics, statistics, economics, finance or similar (preferably at Master level)
15. High interest in working with data, automation of standard processes, building dashboards, at least basic knowledge of data analytics using R, Python
16. Experienced user of standard office applications (e.g. Excel, Power Point)
17. Engaged to work in an international environment with English language as the primary working language; basic German benefical
