Responsibilities
* Designing and verifying SoC architectures for industrial microcontroller products, including subsystem and IP integration
* Developing and implementing test plans, testbenches, and verification environments to ensure thorough verification of core IPs and peripherals on system-level
* Creating and executing C-based test sequences, APIs, and VIPs to validate system-level functionality and achieve full test and code coverage closure
* Ensuring power aware verification of UPF intent and power modes to guarantee robust and efficient SoC operation
* Working on verification flow automation to streamline and optimize the verification process, and improve overall product quality
* Collaborating on the development of an AI-driven agentic verification framework to leverage artificial intelligence and enhance verification capabilities and efficiency
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
* A Master\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, with expertise in silicon product development, preferably in the microcontroller space
* 1-3 years of experience with metric-driven verification methods and flows, as well as proficiency in SystemVerilog, C, and Python coding
* Knowledge of ARM processors (e.g. Cortex-M0, M33, A5) and micro-controller IP design (using ARM processors, AHB, and AXI) is a plus
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
* Strong communication skills, including fluent English, with German being a plus, and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external teams and customers
* A self-motivated and proactive approach, with a willingness to collaborate and drive results
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, at least employment group G. The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
