We are looking for a highly engaged and motivated Senior Product Manager to join our apparel & accessories Product Management team, working on projects such as Red Bull Racing, Red Bull Ring, Flying Bulls, and more.
In this role, you'll lead product development for key strategic projects, collaborating with your team to align merchandise with business goals. You'll also build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders for effective negotiations and a seamless supply chain, ensuring optimal product quality and timely delivery. Focus on brand-extension products that meet market demands and enhance brand awareness will also be part of this role.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle of several key Red Bull initiatives, guiding projects from concept to market launch.
2. Price Negotiation: Lead strategic price negotiations to achieve cost-effective solutions without compromising quality, establishing pricing structures that optimize profitability and competitiveness.
3. Go-to-Market Strategy: Ensure successful market implementation of products, meeting launch deadlines and performance targets to drive business success.
4. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external senior stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in Product Management/Development or similar
* Strong ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, defending and advocating for goals
* Proven negotiation skills and conflict resolution with strategic solutions
* Successful track record in building relationships with suppliers and external partners
* Experience in driving profitability and range efficiency for projects
* Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Due to legal reasons, the minimum salary for this position is €2,446.00 gross per month, according to the collective agreement. Our compensation package is market-oriented and typically exceeds this minimum.
