Your Tasks
* Platform Evolution: Develop and maintain highly decoupled, brand‑agnostic components that form the core of our 1,000+ apps.
* Embracing the New Architecture: Lead the integration of modern React Native patterns (JSI, Fabric, TurboModules) to eliminate bridge bottlenecks.
* Agentic Engineering: Leverage cutting‑edge AI tools like Claude Code to accelerate development cycles and implement agentic workflows for automated problem‑solving.
* AI‑Native Features: Build and integrate AI‑driven functionalities directly into our White Label App Builder.
* Automation & DX: Maintain and optimize our automated app‑building pipeline, ensuring seamless delivery for hundreds of heterogeneous brands.
Your Qualifications
* Proven React Native Expertise: Deep knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript and the React Native ecosystem (minimum of 4 years professional experience).
* Architecture Mindset: Experience with state management (e.g., Redux) and a focus on modular, scalable codebases.
* AI‑First Approach: Enthusiasm for AI‑assisted development and the ability to integrate Agentic Engineering principles into your daily workflow.
* Native Fluency (Plus): Ability to dive into Swift, Objective‑C, Kotlin, or Java to solve complex native challenges.
* Quality & Automation: Experience with E2E testing frameworks (e.g., Maestro) and CI/CD pipelines.
* Language: Professional English skills; German is a welcome plus.
