Für unseren Standort in Wien suchen wir einen Corporate Controller (m/w/d). In der Zahlenwelt, der Budgetierung und im Reporting fühlst du dich wie zu Hause? Du übernimmst Verantwortung, eigeninitiatives Handeln begeistert dich in deinem täglichen Tun und die Arbeit in unterschiedlichsten IT-Systemen zählt zu deinen Stärken? Perfekt, dann bist du bei uns im Finance Bereich genau richtig, um gemeinsam mit uns die finanzielle Performance der Europa Standorte weiter voranzutreiben.
Deine Hauptaufgaben:
* Erstellung der jährlichen Kostenplanung und des Budgets sowie der Forecasts und Investitionsverfolgung für den Fachbereich, den du betreust (inkl. True-up Berechnung)
* Erstellung von fachbereichsspezifischen Abweichungs- und Ad-hoc-Analysen für verschiedene Szenarien mit Aufbereitung aussagekräftiger Berichte an das Management
* Ausarbeitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Handlungsempfehlungen
* Entwicklung und Verbesserung von Steuerungs- und Berichtsinstrumenten, Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen
* Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit Konzernfunktionen wie Corporate Nordamerika, Corporate Tax und Transfer Pricing, um sicherzustellen, dass Revenues globalen und gesetzlichen Standards entsprechen
* Arbeiten mit unterschiedlichen IT-Systemen und Anwendungen (zB. SAP/S4H, Speed, Onestream ..)
* Ansprechperson / Schnittstelle zu Buchhaltung, Group Controlling und Tochtergesellschaften
Wonach wir suchen:
* Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium (Wirtschaftsuniversität, FH mit Schwerpunkt Finance/Accounting/Controlling)
* Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Konzern
* Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Excel, PowerPoint, Power Pivot, Power Query); S4H und HFM/OneStream Kenntnisse von Vorteil
* Ausgeprägte Zahlen und IT-Affinität mit guten analytischen Fähigkeiten
* Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Hands-on Mentalität
* Du punktest durch zeitliche Flexibilität in der Aufgabenerfüllung, kommunikatives, selbstbewusstes und umsetzungsstarkes Auftreten sowie durch analytisches Denkvermögen und Teamfähigkeit.
Auch in Stresssituationen bist du belastbar und zeigst eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
