Your mission
* Responsibility for the implementation of IT services to ensure the continuous availability of the IT infrastructure
* Developing and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs)
* Monitoring and analysing IT services to identify opportunities for improvement
* Proactively coordinating and escalating incidents (incident management) and ensuring that problems are resolved quickly
* Working closely with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth IT operations
* Implementing and monitoring IT security policies and processes in accordance with applicable standards
Your profile
* Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
* Experience in using common ticketing and monitoring tools
* Strong hands-on mentality
* Strong analytical skills and a solution-orientated way of working
* Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
* Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment and organisational skills
* Very good written and spoken German (min. language level C2)
* Very good written and spoken English (min. language level B2)
