As a Technician in our Customer Support you are responsible for troubleshooting, analyzing and eliminating errors in our HV systems. In this job, you score points with your persistence, your strong problem-solving skills and your passion for finding the "needle in the haystack"!
YOUR FUTURE TASKS
Identification and solution of technical issues in operational support
Analysis and repairs of HV batteries in-house
Independent troubleshooting and fault elimination
Responsibility for handling complaints
Participation in the continuous development of internal processes
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
Completed technical training (apprenticeship/technical school) in the field of electrical engineering, automotive electrics, mechatronics or similar
Ideally, first experience in the field of automotive engineering, electrical engineering or HV systems
Good knowledge of German and basic English skills
You are an independent and solution-oriented personality with a structured way of working
On top of that you are a team player with hands-on mentality and willingness to travel (40 - 60 %)
