We’re on the hunt for a very well organised, confident and people-focused Property Manager to join our friendly real estate team. If you love building great relationships, solving problems on the fly and keeping things running smoothly and having some fun whilst doing it, you’ll fit right in!
Manage a well‑maintained residential portfolio - capped at approx. 130
Provide exceptional, friendly service to landlords and tenants
Coordinate repairs, maintenance and routine inspections
Handle lease renewals, agreements and compliance requirements
Conduct entry, exit and routine inspections
Manage arrears and maintain accurate records
Manage your own leasing
Build strong, positive relationships with clients and contractor
All this with the help of the rest of us in the team, including our Property Manager Assistant.
Experience in Property Management (preferred, but strong admin/real estate candidates also considered)
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence - non negotiable
Excellent communication and time‑management skills
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently and with a team
Strong attention to detail and a calm approach under pressure
Confidence using property management software (PropertyMe ideal but not essential)
Current QLD driver’s licence
Commission paid on all new managements you bring in
Take‑home company car
