Our production kitchen in Vienna passionately prepares food for kindergartens, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, and company cafeterias across Austria and southern Germany. While focusing on traditional Austrian classics, we also serve international dishes, creating a diverse menu centered on quality. We value diversity and passion for food.
Responsibilities:
* Preparation of cakes, slices, and other desserts
* Recipe preparation and dough mixing
* Monitoring and adjusting baking processes
* Machine-cutting and final packaging of desserts
* General cleaning of the production area
* Adherence to quality and hygiene standards
Requirements:
* Completed apprenticeship or extensive experience as a pastry chef/baker; experience in a large kitchen is advantageous
* Good German skills
* Hands-on mentality, communication skills, and team spirit
* Knowledge of HACCP and MS Office

Additional Information:
Workplace: GMS GOURMET GmbH, Oberlaaer Straße 298, 1230 Vienna
Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week. Family-friendly hours Monday-Friday, weekends and holidays off. Shift hours from 06:00 - 14:30 or 12:00 - 20:30.
Salary: According to the collective agreement for gastronomy workers in Vienna, €2,200 gross/month based on a 40-hour week. Actual salary depends on experience and qualifications.
