head of electrical & instrumentation (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
Coordination of all work in the E&I department
Overview of all department projects and ensuring deadlines
Participation in all meetings (internal / external)
Working on interesting projects for industrial plants
Preparation of project documents (data sheets, specifications, diagrams, lists, calculations,….)
Supporting the project engineer in the preparation of quantity surveys and tender documents
Participation to HAZID/HAZOP sessions
Carrying out surveys, troubleshooting or acceptances on the construction site
On-site inspections and solution finding during the planning- and execution phase
Performing procurement tasks during tendering process for equipment vendors (bid analyses, clarifications, meetings…)
Providing inputs for quotations (Scope of work, man-hours estimations,….)
Your Qualification
Education in instrumentation or electrical engineering
Knowledge of the relevant national and international standards (EN, API, …)
Knowledge of required softwares (ACAD, Excel, Word, ...) or willingness to learn them
Proficiency English speaking is an advantage
