Job Description
* Leading the development team for electromagnetics and generator software
* Responsibility for major development projects in the field of electromagnetics
* Supporting project managers in the areas of electromagnetics, software, and related physical development topics
* Technical and strategic development of methods and tools for electromagnetic field calculation
* Contribution to the optimization of generators and phase shifters
* Management and coordination of internal and external development resources
The Successful Applicant
* Completed technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from a Technical University)
* At least 5 years of experience leading development projects, ideally with leadership responsibilities
* Proficiency in C# and FEM tools in the field of electromagnetics
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
* Experience with rotating electrical machines (REM) and project management is an advantage
* Very good command of English and a willingness to learn German
* Willingness to travel approx. 10-15% (e.g., international conferences, customer visits)
* Structured, independent, and precise working style
