Responsibilities
Support the Captain in the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the Global Express across all phases of flight.
Lead flight preparation: performance calculations, fuel planning, route/NOTAM/weather review, and aircraft preflight.
Manage FMS programming, checklist discipline, and SOP adherence with exceptional cockpit resource management.
Coordinate seamlessly with cabin crew, ground handlers, and ATC to deliver smooth, on‑time operations.
Uphold a strong safety culture through SMS participation, TEM, and continuous risk assessment.
Maintain meticulous post‑flight paperwork and debriefs, ensuring regulatory and operational compliance.
Provide a discreet, professional passenger experience while protecting privacy and confidentiality.
